A decade of experience in IT management has brought me to this point - establishing a consultancy in the UK. Along the way, I earned a Baccalaureate Degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland; achieved certification as Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE); and earned a Certificate of Telecommunications Management on the way to a Master's Degree. Along the way, I gained experience with the standards of the UK OCG's PRINCE2; IEEE; and ISO - particularly, the OSI-RM. I'm a team builder and communicator. I insist on delivering quality, on time, within budget. Ideally, I would examine and recommend enhancements to customers' IT business processes, develop and execute the Information Strategy Plan, and manage the Systems Development Life Cycle of IT projects.
